I manage a non profit. If I go into PayPal I can create a donation button and PayPal recognizes it as a Donation rather than a goods or service item. On your Templates, I see that some of them are donations and some use products on donation. How do I ensure that when it goes to PayPal into my non profit account, it is seen as a donation button so I get my reduced fees?

Select Collect Donations in the PayPal widget settings and this should enable PayPal to open with a donation button on your account.

so how would I accept donations using that feature but use predetermined amoynts? $25, $75, $100 and then on the last optionallow them to enter an amoynt

You can define predetermined values of donations in a "Single Choice Question", by adding the predefined amounts to the field and one last option in which the user can type the value of the donation. Then use the "Form Calculation" Widget to pass the value of the Single Choice field to the Paypal Widget. The images below describe this procedure and show the resulting form:
