    I created an ask question form and put code on several web pages.I tested it. Only word seen is submit. Can I use the same code on different pages?

    Hi there,

    Yes you can use the form as many times and in as many placees as you like.  The reason you only see "Submit form" is because that's the only element in your form.  Most likely you built the form and forgot to save it.  You can open it up in the form builder and edit it again, then be sure to press the save button on the top left of the page.  You don't need to make any changes to the other web pages, they will update as soon as you update the form.
