Creating a log in form

    hi, can I create a log in page for multiple users of the form so they can access the published form but not the back end editing?

    Hi, you can publish your form by accessing the "Publish" tab and embedding the form in your website or sharing the link with those who should fill your form, as you can see in the image below:

    This link only enables access to fill the form, only you can edit your form as well as the users whom you might share the form with. If you need to restrict the access to your published form, create a multiple page form, in which the first page contains a Short Text Entry Field labeled "Form's Access Code" and create a condition that shows hides the form (subsequent pages) based on the validity of the access code entered by the user.

    Do notice that our Terms of Use states that you can't collect sensitive information such as login credentials in forms made in Jotform.

You agree that JotForm, Inc. may terminate your JotForm Service immediately if a form's purpose is found to be deceptively obtaining, for example: sensitive credit card information, social security numbers, user login credentials, or other sensitive personal information. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the violating forms will be suspended immediately.

    Thanks for the reply - I think I need to clarify things - I wish to create the login parameters as I only want selected users to view and use the form - to those I provide the login details to - is that possible?

    Hi again, how do I add a new page to the front of my existing form so it becomes page 1?
