Lost data from my forms/submissions

A massive amount (~90%) of our data that we have accumulated on JotForm appears to have been wiped out. Please restore it ASAP.

Hi, could you please inform us the timeframe of the data that went missing?Did your submissions went missing and/or your forms? We checked our records and it seems that you made a few deletions in 2018 (as you can see in the image below), there are currently two forms in your trash folder, that you can restore it.

Please provide the timeframe of the data that went missing, so we can investigate it further.

There is no set timeline as some recent transactions were lost, but ALL transactions/form submissions were lost prior to what appears to be March 22nd, 2018. So we just lost 3 years of data and submissions dating back to 2015.

The forms in the trash folder are not part of this issue. We're missing 3+ years of data right now that have disappeared on a whim.

As I check the account, I see that there are only 500 total submissions in it. Was the account downgraded to Free recently? The downgrade to Free plan has caused the account to change the limit of the submissions storage to 500 recent submissions that resulted in deleting the oldest submissions. Since the account is now holding Gold monthly subscription, I was able to restore the deleted submissions. Please check now and you should see about 1800 total submissions in your account.
