Hi again, how do I add a new page to the front of my existing form so it becomes page 1?

Hello,

There is no option to create a blank page and only then fill it with questions. But, you can drag the fields, which you want to show on the first page, to the top of your form. Afterwards you can separate them with a Page Break. This will create a new page on the top of your form: How-to-Create-Multi-Page-Forms
