We only use Jotform for three or four events a year, and will not need it again until later this year. Can we suspend our account without losing our current forms?
I have also just noticed that you offer a non-profit discount of 50%. We are a church and a registered non-profit organisation. Are we able to take advantage of this discount, and can it be back-dated?Thanks,
David

Hi,
You don't need to suspend your account. If you want, you can disable your forms or archive them.
To disable your form you can look at this guide:
To archive your form you can do the following steps:
I have moved your other question to avoid confusion. You can follow it via this thread:

RFOneVisionReplied on July 16, 2018 at 7:43 AMThe reason for suspending my account is so that we don’t have to pay the $39/mth subscription fee while we’re not using your service.
But we don’t want to lose any forms or responses – we’ll reuse them again later.
Is this possible? Do I just downgrade to free? I wonder if we could lose data that way?
Thanks,
David

You can cancel your subscription. Since it is Paypal, you have to do it through Paypal dashboard. Please follow the steps here: https://www.jotform.com/help/336-How-can-I-cancel-my-PayPal-subscription.
Your Subscription Number is S-25V401890N766070H.
There is nothing to worry about your forms and all the data, the system will keep them for you unless you will exceed the 500 Total Submissions Storage which is not the case for your account. You only have a Total of 168 submissions stored in our server(s).
