Mobile form not working?

Hi, I have been using your form for most of this year and the mobile form is not working correctly over the last 2 weeks. The text stops in a field and will not allow you to move on, this has an impact as you cannot complete the form.

Could you please guide us which field is affected by this problem? I tested your form, but I wasn't able to replicate any issue on my phone.
