    Hello,

A customer has just let me know that a second payment for a camp has appeared on their statement but they only filled in the form once.  On checking, we have found that the first submission on 29/6/18 ID 4060322306582925195 and a payment was processed at the same time. I then disabled the form on 1/7/18 as the camp started on Monday 2/7/18.

On Sunday 8/8/18, another submission was processed ID 4068425626583669670 and another payment was processed. However, the form is still disabled... how can this happen?

    Thanks
    Patti

Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.

I compared the two submissions you provided and entered data is exactly the same. A duplicate submission can occur if the Thank You page is reloaded. Maybe your user completed the form on 29/6/18 and he did not close the browser tab on which the Thank You message was displayed. Then on 8/7/18, he reloaded that browser tab with Thank You message which triggered another submission.

However, based on my test this should not happen if a form is disabled. If a form is disabled "Form Disabled" error message should be shown if the Thank You page is reloaded. Are you sure that the form was disabled on 8/7/18? Is the form maybe embedded?
