upgraded plans (pricing)

We wish to buy your silver or gold plan for a long period. At least 2 years. We have some queries regarding certain features on your forms. The FAQ section could not provide relevant information. We request your to address those issues so that we can proceed with the upgraded version as soon as possible. The free version is not sufficient enough to meet the requirements of the industry I am working for. We request you to arrange a skype call or something on similar grounds. I am resident of India.
