Embedded form conflicts with jquery

hello,

i have an issue when trying to add jotform with a page with jquery controls

i'm using this lib:

<script type="text/javascript" src="~/scripts/jquery-1.11.3.min.js"></script>

when the script above is inthe page the jot form is not shown at all.

any help to fix this?
