How do you address recipients who can't open the JotForm survey that is sent?

    My team used the JotForm system to create a survey, and I received the following two messages from two recipients who weren't able to open and complete the JotForm Survey:

    1) An error message is created, stating "Windows cannot find ':http://form.jotformpro.com/form/23254946865970

    2) The owner of this website (form.jotformpro.com) has banned your IP address (64.31.109.186). (Ref. 1008)).

    Can someone explain these two messages and what might be done to allow the recipients to open the JotForm survey? If you need additional information, please let me know.

    Hi there,

    1) An error message is created, stating "Windows cannot find ':http://form.jotformpro.com/form/23254946865970

    I have tested and was not able to reproduce th issue with that URL.  Note: the': before the URL should not be there in order for it to point to the correct place.

    2) The owner of this website (form.jotformpro.com) has banned your IP address (64.31.109.186). (Ref. 1008)).

    This may be due to a prior report of abuse from the IP in question.  We use CloudFare and it may be that the IP has been added to the black-list.  The user can simply access the account from a different computer,
