Disable Condition not working on "Edit" Approval Link?

Hi Jotform,

I am having an issue with "Enable/Require" conditions. Basically I have a multi-tiered approval process which thanks to your help a while back is working perfectly. I am trying to Disable the 1st and 2nd stage fields of the Approval on subsequent steps, for example: On stage 2, only the Manager can enter details into stage 2 but he/she can see but not edit any of the information inputted on Stage 1. (<----This does not work)

On stage 3, only the Budget Approver can enter details into stage 3 but he/she can see but not edit any of the information inputted on Stage 1 or 2. (<--- This works)

The red highlight shows the conditions that appear to not work. Originally each Approval stage was seperated by Section collapse but I have removed these in the hopes that it may simplify problem seeking. I have added the link to the form below.

I checked, but I cannot seem to find the cause of this. I am doing further testing now. I'll keep you posted. 

I just figured out that you're fetching values for IF ALL on the same field. This isn't working because the condition prioritizes the first on the list.

I move the recommender as the first on the list, you'll see it is working now:

I am now trying a workaround by using calculation widget together with the get page URL widget. I'll keep you posted.

I have figured out a solid work around for this thanks to your "Calculation Widget" comment above. I have simplified down the process and have it all working now 100%.
