Looking for specific capabilities

    I was working with another company for the past two years that did my previous registration form, but they were bought out and the new company does not have the same capabilities.

    I need two forms: one to register a single individual for our camp and one to register a "family" of 2 or more people.  My first question is: if I use jotform.com, can I have a form that, should one select they are registering more than 1 person, it will add fields for each new attendee?

    My second and third questions are about payments.  Is there a field that, if they enter they are registering 1 adult and 2 dependents, it will calculate how much they owe?  Lastly, our last form had the capability of an individual entering a credit card for payment.  Is this an option?

    Thank you,

    Hello,

    For having a form that supports varying amount of people, you can use configurable list widget. For using it, you can check the guide at https://www.jotform.com/help/282-How-to-Set-Up-the-Configurable-List-Widget

    But when it comes to calculating price, unfortunately you can't do it with configurable list.

    As an option you can first create a dropdown menu and list amount of people that will register from lets say, 1 to 10. After that you need to duplicate registry fields 10 times. And use conditional logic with hide/show fields according to result of dropdown menu. And finally, you can pass the result of first dropdown menu to payment for calculating the price with respect to amount of people. You can use the following guides for more detailed explanation.

    The conditionals will look like something like this;

    And you can use one of our supported payment methods for charging your clients. For more info on how to configure you can visit https://www.jotform.com/help/chapter-7-Payment+Forms

    Hope this helps, have a good day
