Pre-populating Configurable List Table

I have a form that is used to request access to our systems.  We batch user's getting the same access together on one form.  Access is determined by Entity and Credentials.  I have been using the update/calculate field condition to fill in which systems they should have access to, groups, folders and distribution lists (works fantastic! Our users do not have to know anything).  I have a configurable table that describes the access detail to two different systems (AOD and PCC).  It will put the correct information in, but it displays it as a text string separated by commas rather then populating the fields.  Is there a way to populate these fields?  The idea is after it is filled in for them, I receive the form for review and could then make changes if necessary before submitting the request to the help desk.

If you look at the attached screen shot, the access details for PCC and AOD should look like the user information - in a table format with headers.

    Thanks, Lisa

It is not possible to reformat the data from the configurable list to be shown in table format.  If you need the data to be displayed in table format, it would require using an input table instead of a configurable list widget.
