Submissions not recording payments in PayPal

    Hi,

    I had the bronze package and it said that I couldn't process any more payments. I upgraded to silver but it looks as though it did not process the payments that were made when I had the bronze package. Can you push those payments through?

    I see that you have upgraded your account to Silver plan. Please be noted that the Bronze subscription plan is limited to receive only 10 payments. Once the limit is reached, the forms with the payment integration will be disabled. If you are referring to the payment submissions that are incomplete, unfortunately, it is not possible to complete the payment from the incomplete submissions. It is required to submit the form again and make the payment. Please refer to the guide below that can help you with PayPal incomplete payments FAQs for more information.
