Refund and cancel paid subscription.

Hi, I decided to downgrade because at the moment i have no use for jotform. I downgraded a day after my payment was made, and i was hoping you guys would refund me since i wont be using the subscription at all for the whole month i was billed. 

We have refunded the last payment of your Silver subscription, which is now cancelled. Your account is back to free.
