How can I reactivate my account?

I have the email address russell@nohasslelisting.com.  Attempting to do a reset of the password, which I never knew because I didn't set it up.  

I have to get this working as I have several forms on my website that the emails won't come through from JotForm.

If you have a paid version I would love to buy it, but I need to use this email address.

Please help!  Thank you.
