I belong to a chorus with 50 members. We would like to create a member form using JotForm -- which it looks like I can easily do. The tricky part comes next. We'd like to create a PDF directory from all these entry forms -- which means we'd like to create an attractive report layout (similar to the entry form, in fact), then export all of the individual records, compiled into one PDF document.
I've looked at a lot of form software today and pretty much all of them only allow you to compile all records into a tabular/columnar summary report -- they don't let you create a report consisting of the individual records.
Can JotForm do the kind of report I want?? I hope so!
