How to pass data from one form to another?

Hi there,

I created a form (Call it form #1) to have employees record new customers information. Upon submitting this form a "thank you email" is sent to the customer with a URL to another form (call it form #2) which exists to capture their credit card information so we can pre-authorize a card to their account. 

I would like form #2 to have the customers email address pre-populated using the information from form #1.

Please help me.
