How to change to single page layout using NPS template?

    Hi team - I created a form using the NPS template because I want the NPS question set up. However in the form I can't change it so that all my questions appear on one page. I don't want a "next" button. How can I change this? Screenshot at attached link:

    Please check this screencast on how to convert your form:

    That will make your form load in single page layout.
