You have Purchase order payment in your form:
And when you have one payment included, you have to remove it in order to be able to add another one.
Because you can add only one payment per form.
Let us know if you need any further assistance.
Thank you!

uropasiteReplied on July 17, 2018 at 7:43 AMMy purchase order payment in my form is not a credit card payment unless they hit submit and then direct client to the paying page that I want to create with authorize.net and jotform. The authorize.net is not available on your platform. I need authorize.net to be active on your platform to be utilized.

We do have Authorize.net integration here in JotForm. For more information, please check this link: https://www.jotform.com/authorize-net/
You can also enable the Authorization Only in the Additional Gateway Settings.
