How can I successfully load the widget list?

    Hello,

My widget list won't load. I've cleared my cache several times (with Safari and Chroma) but it hasn't solved it. I'm trying to add the calculation widget and to see the other available ones.

    Thanks.

    Hello,

As far as I understand, Widgets tab is not showing any widget on the Form Elements for you.

I have checked your account and it works properly on my side:

I can suggest to check if some other software on your device is blocking our widgets server on widgets.jotform.io. You can temporary disable your anti-virus software to check if this helps.

If you need our assistance, please provide us the console report from your browser when the issue happensHow-to-get-a-console-report-from-most-common-browsers.

    Thank you for contacting us.

It seems that your internet service provider is blocking the widgets. Please check with your internet service provider once if they are blocking JotForm domain. You can also try to use some other network.

Also, please try to add ?noCDN=true to the URL inside of the form builder.

Thanks. I have contacted my provider. In the meantime however, could I tell you where I need formulas added so you can add them for me? I highly doubt that my provider will give me a solution to this issue. Thanks.

I am sorry but I do not understand your last question. To which formula are you referring to?

Were you able to view the widgets when using this link?

Also, did you try to use some other network?

I give up. I'll just have them fill excel sheets and email me.

The matrix tables are too simplistic and don't allow me format the column widths easily. Tables always look distorted and they're the major part of the report I'm trying to build.

I wanted to test the free version before signing up for paid membership but it's obvious now that it won't be best for what I need.

I understand that you found JotForm not suitable for your needs but let me address some of the points you mentioned so you're aware of the other options.

The matrix tables are too simplistic and don't allow me format the column widths easily.

If you're referring to the INPUT TABLE field, you can customize this with CSS if needed. By default, forms you build with JotForm should be mobile responsive. If there's a particular field on your form that doesn't look right we can help you with it. Just open a separate thread detailing the problem.

Tables always look distorted and they're the major part of the report I'm trying to build.

I'm not sure using tables is the best approach. You coined the term "report", I'm assuming these reports will be mostly used by you (and not your respondents). We have a plethora of reports readily available for you. Just pick one that will closely match what you need.
