    Hi team,

I have created a form for the company I work for that allows patients to email referral letters from their doctor to us by attaching it as a file.  This worked great up till about a week ago, now all we get is an error message from S3 amazon saying that there is no style information accosiated with it.

    http://s3.amazonaws.com/jufs/jakey39/1815740552/220039830802667762/ra.jpg

It doesn't appear to make any difference if the attached file is a pdf, or a jpg.

    Help

    Regards Jeff Helinski

    Hi there,

I have tested both your stand alone form and the form that you have embedded on your page.

It seems that the embedded form has some extra functions added and they may causing the conflicts.  The stand alone form is working fine.

May I ask about the drag and drop feature?

DId someone add this to the source code?

If you would like to quickly have the form working, you can simply embed the form using the iFrame embed-code.

I'll wait for your response to further troubleshoot.

    Hi Edurado,

i was wondering about that myself, I dont actually remember adding it.  But as no one else has access to, I guess I must have been me.....

I'll give that a go and get rid of that drga and drop feature too

    Hi Edurado,

so I'm making some progress, jpg files are now showing up in the email notiification, but not in the same way that you had it.  I did set the image tag to {IMG:clickHere}.  Should I remove this to display a click to download?

I opened the form and made a test submission and the image was uploaded fine. I can see the image on the Submissions page.

So,  if this problem is only happening on your site I think you should do what Ed suggested above. There might be a conflict on your site. IFrame code would solve that problem. Here is how you can get it. Open your form on the Form Builder:

    1. Open "Setup & Embed" tab on toolbar,

    2. Click on "Embed Form"

    3. Click on "iFrame".

Then copy the code and replace the jotform code on your web site with that.

    Hi Aytkin,

thanks for your reply, that works, my only quibble now is that I'm not getting a button in the email whaich allows to download any forms.

Minor I know, but trying to make it idiot proof.

    Hi Jeff,

I am not quite sure what you are trying to achieve there?

"not getting a button in the email whaich allows to download any forms."

Can you explain what you mean by that and/or how you would like things to function?

Please open a separate thread for that problem so that we do not confuse it with the previous questions on the same thread. Thanks.
