Jotform Cloudflare : gateway timeout

    hi,

    enclosed please find error message.

    accordimg to our network team ”there is no blocking on FW at IP level but page cant be accessed with an IP because of home server (CloudFlare) settings. There are as earlier mentioned security issues with that web.”

    is there anyrhing you can do on your side?

    Otherwise we have to find another app to use.

    for info: we work in Citrix environment

    The Jotform's CDN seems to be operational at your location. However, as I check the screenshot it seems that you are trying to access Jotform website without https. I am not sure if this is causing the issue, but you may try accessing the web site using https://www.jotform.com or https://eu.jotform.com or https://www.jotformeu.com and see if you are able to access it. 

    Also, you may try adding the ?noCDN=true parameter to the URL (https://www.jotform.com?noCDN=true) to check if that works.

    Hi again,
    Sorry to say, neither of your proposals work.
    I am well aware that our network restrictions may be a part of the problem but still, the website worked in June and then not in July.
    Do you have any other options for us to try as our Global IT dept will not grant us the benefit of adding your site to trusted site?

    Please check if the Jotform URLs work outside Citrix. If it doesn't this needs to be checked with your Internet Service Provider. 

    If it works fine it means it's not able to bypass the internet restrictions of your Citrix network. I understand it was working before however the IT teams usually keep on updating the list of blocked sites from time to time.
