Forward submission is not working

    Dear Experts,

    now and than it can happen, that we do not receive the automated e-mail when doing the submit.

    Trying to do a FORWARD via Jot form overview and have the e-mail send manually does NOT WORK, even clicking on 'I'm not a roboter' and confirming the pictures.

    and it's not in the junkfolder or so

    To clarify, when you tried to forward your submission it failed?

    I have tested a sample form and I was able to successfully forwarded my reply.

    May we know the error it shows when you forward your submission?

    Did you attach a document when you forward the submission?

    Also, you have created another thread regarding the same issue. Please refrain from creating new threads with the same issue to avoid confusion.

    Hello,

    it does NOT create an error - it just never arrives - and I as well get the message - Email sent successfully! - but we do not get the e-mail.

    I'm just highlighting within the submission window (as seen on my screen) the submission I want to receive the e-mail - but it never ARRIVES - and it's also not in our junk mail

    I have checked your mail logs and found the forwarded submission was sent successfully.

    Kindly check your email again for the forwarded submission.
