I have a required field set up in my form so that employees cannot submit a form without including this information. I am receiving notification emails without this field information. Are they being allowed to submit without filling in this information OR is the information being provided, its just not showing in my email OR on the submissions list??

yes just when you want it mandatory for people to fill out your form just add your text boxes but when you do you have these options above go into properties click and edit section then you will see a red button called required click it for every box you want mandatory to fill out then save. For the emails got to setup and share and go to email alerts and in your case i would go for notification email option and you can click it save it and it will notify you when and who filled out your submissions form.

I had the same problem until I "stumbled" onto a fix.
Instead of using the HTML, I copied and pasted the IFRAME code.
Now it works great. Also, when I update the form in JotForm, the updates will carry over to my IFRAME form too whereas when I used the HTML, I noticed was not udating.

WOW! Thank you!!!! Ive been trying to find a way to have it carry over when I make changes too!!! You're a lifesaver :)
