FAVOR SU AYUDA NO PUEDO ACCEDER A LA CUENTA

Trato de entrar a la pagina y no me deja para modificar la tarjeta

I see that your account suspended because of there's been a dispute placed on Stripe. Please contact your bank to clear this thing and ask them to lift the dispute with Stripe. Once it is clear we surely will reactivate your account.

I can see that you have file a dispute with Stripe regarding your subscription. Did you process a refund request with Stripe? We can downgrade your account back to Free if you filed a refund request about the $390 payment to Jotform?

I have checked your account and it was suspended because of disputed charge on Stripe.
We request from you to give your card-issuing bank a call and ask them to lift the dispute with Stripe. Likewise, if you can check with your bank regarding your subscription if it went through.
We will activate your account as soon as the dispute has been lifted. Thank you.

Por otro lado habilitar la cuenta para pagar con otra tarjeta o enviar otra modalidad de pago.

Hola Danilo, te saluda Jeanette, manager del support team de Jotform.
El pasado 14 de Julio ustedes pusieron una disputa por "cargo fraudulento" a tu tarjeta MasterCard •• 3011 por $390 + $25.44 por penalidad , sin embargo ese cargo no es fraudulent, fue simplemente la renovación automática de tu subscription con nosotros.
Yo envié una evidencia de que eres un cliente con nosotros, pero la ultima actualización de Stripe dice que nuestra petición de remover la disputa y la penalidad esta siendo revisada por tu banco.
Para resolver esto necesitamos que llames a tu banco y pidas que retiren la disputa, ya que cada disputa acarrea una suspension por sistema de las cuentas involucradas para prevenir mas cargos fraudulentos y evitar pagar mas penalidades en disputas.

Ok, tu cuenta esta reactivada para que puedas hacer el pago con otra tarjeta. Sin embargo favor contactar a tu banco para que retiren la disputa.
