Not receiving completed forms

Hi

I have checked all my settings and they are all enabled but two people of completed the form today and it has not come back to me.  This is the second time this has happened so not sure why it has stopped working

- What is the Form URL that you are having problems with?
- Are you getting the submissions in the submissions page?
- If you are getting the submissions in the submissions page but not in your email, please check the Spam folder of your email.
