I need too have my sub-users to be able to create more than 5 forms.

We are under the Gold plan, so how do I enable the higher number of forms?

I would like to inform you that even if you are using the Gold plan, sub-users will still be on their own account's limits. And the forms created under the sub-user will have sub-user's limits. Please note that only forms shared from the main account (paid) to sub-users, will be paid account's limits.
