I'm using your free version. I want to test it. I created a form and put it on a non-published page on my companies website. I can fill in the blanks of the form but, when i hit submit, I get a never ending please wait message. Also, the submission never goes to the Jotform website. Is there a setting I'm missing?

Try replacing your current embed code with your form iFrame code:

Usually that allows for the embedded form to function as it does on its own.  Occasionally script conflicts or something of that nature can cause issues with the submission process.  Using an iFrame prevents those issues.

    David,
Thanks for the response. The problem I’m having is on a 3rd party platform (WordPress). The embedded code fix won’t do any good. Is there another way to post to wordpress?
    Thanks,
    Mike

    Hello Mike,

Unfortunately, you have not provided a link to your web page, so we could check it. But, I can assume that  you have embedded a form using wordpress oembed plugin, which is blocking form submission.

Please check our recommendations as to embedding forms to Wordpress sites below:

If you need any further assistance, please let us know.

    Thank you.

    Victoria,
I got it to work. I had to change from visual to text. Then I used the iframe. Now I’m looking for a way to upload my PDF fillable forms so I don’t have to recreate all of them. Is there a way to do that?
    Thanks,
    Mike Smith

We do not currently have a method of importing PDF forms and converting them to web forms.  We do have a tool that can convert a specific type of PDF created using the now closed Adobe Forms Central, but the tool can only import that specific type of PDF.
