How can we retrieve our submissions if the error robot appears?

Occasionally while attempting to submit a form a page will appear stating that there was an error with a little robot telling us to try again in 30 seconds (typically isn't resolved in 30 seconds). 

This is troubling because we use multiple forms to take customers information and booking information. When this robot appears it means we lose all that important information. 

Is there some type of work around we can utilize to minimize or eliminated the chance of losing any data. 

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. But can you please clarify what exactly is the issue? Can you take a screenshot of it and share to us.

I test submitted your form but so far it works just fine. I was able to successfully submit the form.
