Where have all my submissions gone?

Hi we downgraded from Silver today as we will not be using Jotform until next year now. However we still have until August 11th on our silver plan and all of our submissions have dissapeared? Please can you get these back for us.

Your account is still in the downgrade schedule but your submissions have been limited to 500 which is a mistake. It should be fine by now.

Just FYI, if you are on the free plan, your submissions would be limited to 500. The recent 500 submissions are kept and the rest will be deleted. However, they are automatically restored once you upgrade back to the paid plan.
