    How do I send email notifications to multiple addresses?

    I would like to direct the email notifications to 2 different addresses upon survey completion, but it only sends to one of the email addresses.

    Please help me on this.

    Dear Welvin,
    I would like the email notifications to be sent to
    "jieying.teng@horiba.com" & "diana.loh@horiba.com" but when I click on
    Test, it only sends to the first email address.
    Please could you help me resolve this issue for both the "Create New
    Customer Key" and "Create New Supplier Key" surveys?

    Hi Teng,

    Test Email button will only send notifications to the email address that is associated with your account, so that's why you do not receive the alerts on the second email address. We made it this way to avoid spam abuse.

    I have made the changes on the two forms mention. Make a live test so you can see wether it works or no.

    I have made a live test and both email address are now able to receive the
    notification.
