My account is suspended

    I reset my password and it still won't let me in. I created a form while being logged in. It stopped me and said to log in to avoid losing progress and when I tried logging in, it said that it was the wrong password and it was autosuspended. Reset my password and it's saying the same thing.

    Please look at JotForm Terms of Use.

    If you accept that, we will delete the field that asks password, then we will re-activate your account.

    We will be waiting for your response.

    I’m, I certainly did not ask for anyone’s credentials or login or password in any form. I’ve only created one form prior to the one I created tonight. The one I created tonight was a physical activity readiness form which only asks questions about my clients’ health. Midway during using this form, I got kicked out before even saving it. Would you mind telling me how that qualifies to get kicked out?

    Please note that the "password" is a phishing word for our auto-suspend system.

    I see. What happened was I tried importing the form I built in pt distinction and when I input the url to import it only transferred those two settings which I assume is because the form I was trying to transfer is only accessible with username and login.
    I deleted that because the form didn’t transfer. I didn’t know that’s what this was in reference to. That was a mess up on the transfer of a form is all that was.

    I have deleted the password field from the form mentioned above and reactivated your account.

    Thank you. I just thought because that was a failed attempt to load the form from PT distinction that it wouldn’t ever qualify as me requesting password for anything. I honestly thought when it showed that little form it was only showing the entry page and didn’t work at all. Thank you for reinstating my account.
    Will I have the most recent form that I saved the other night? I saved the url link for it but wasn’t sure if that saved it or not.

    The only form that was modified was the one with the delictive field (password)  https://www.jotform.com/81968257384169 , the rest of the forms haven't been modified.
