Unable to login to our account

    Dear JotForm Team,


    I have created a new account on Monday (KLTWels). I have varified my e-mail adress but it is not possible to log in with my password. I tried to change the password several times, but login is still not working. Apparently there is a problem with the account which hopefully can be solved.

    I see that the account is auto-suspended by our anti-phishing system which is strict to scan each form to calculate the probability of phishing activities. It is not allowed to create login forms or collect sensitive information like Credit card numbers, etc through JotForm. Such forms are considered as phishing forms and associated accounts are automatically suspended. Please refer to our Terms of usage for more information on phishing. 

    I have checked your forms and they are clean and normal. I have activated your account and you should be able to access your forms normally. We are sorry for the trouble caused.
