Not redirecting to thank you page after submission

Hi 

I have created a form (Form name: short advice form), which is not redirecting to the 'thank you' page after submission. Find the form at the bottom of the page here: http://www.mailsave.co.uk/ (not the form at the top of the page).

But if I test it by selecting "preview form" on Jotform it works perfectly! It redirects to the specified thank you page, which is not hapening on the webpage.

FYI: previously a different form was there on the website (Form name: Envelop Advice Form) and it was working fine without such a problem .

This is a live site, therefore, please check it out at your earliest possible time.

I submitted both forms in your website to make sure that they're not working. You can ignore my submissions. In my experience, I was redirected to thank you pages for both forms as you can see in the image.

I'd like to know which browser and OS you are using to be able to help you with your problem. I'm looking forward for your answer.
