My account is suspended because somebody try to do phishing

    Hi,

    my account "metropolevar" is suspended since today, the message said that somebody try to make phishing with my jotform account??

    I dont understand how they can do it, my jotform is a very simple form with only name, email and message...

    Could you plz unsuspended my account?

    Could you tell me what append and how to fix this bug?

    I think i will add a captcha on my form, but i don know if it's enough.

    Hi,

    We apologize for the inconvenience. I have now unsuspended your account. Auto suspension sometimes happen because of the terms that you have used on your form, this is done by our system phishing filters.

    I have whitelisted your form so all will be working now. Note, this doesn't apply when you create another form.

    I created 6 account, I got same problem. Please fix my account. fuyuprojeksin is my username. You can fix my another account. freestyle12345
