Are anyone's tickets being answered?

    I logged a ticket 6hrs ago. No response as yet, despite this being a significant system issue. 

    Has anyone else's API's stopped working since the server crash(/maintenance?) last night?

    We have separate support for API related issues.  They can be contacted via email at "api@jotform.com".  I have not personally seen any other reports of API related issues due to the outage we had yesterday.

    Thanks, emailed them 10hrs ago.

    Have received no response, not even a "we acknowledge" your email.
