We need to be able to fill in part of a form and then save it for later

We need to be able to fill in part of a form and then save it for later, before coming back at a later date to fill in the rest of the form or attach additional information. This can sometimes be weeks later.

We have an existing form where apparently this works, although I am not sure how as the save for later tick box just appears to make a number of fields unrequired if selected.

How can we configure the new form to also allow it to be saved for later over this period of time?

The first form's "save and continue later" method is to unrequire the fields, and I don't see any further links there aside from the Edit Submission Link in the notification emails. This will work, but I would say this isn't the proper way we have for saving and continue later.

    We have the following features:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/97-How-to-Save-Forms-to-Continue-Later

    https://www.jotform.com/help/227-How-to-Enable-Auto-Fill-on-Forms

The first link requires a first form to create the Session URL. Sessions on this method are saved on our servers and stored up to 90 days.

The second link which is the autofill saves the data on the form via local browser storage which means you can only fetch the data through the same device and browser.

Please let us know if you need further assistance.
