Urgent help needed!   We're about to launch an important campaign and the captcha field isn't auto populating any info whatsoever. It just keeps spinning...

I checked your webpage and I can verify that the Captcha is working. Here's a screenshot:

If you are still having issues, please try to re-embed the form using the iFrame method. This will prevent script conflicts between the form and the webpage. Here's how: Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code.

I have cleared your form cache so that your forms will be refreshed from our servers.

    Hope that helps. Thank you.

Thanks for the prompt reply. I see the form also is having issues on my iPhone.

We also have another form* on the site that has been working fine for quite some time. Is there any other reason this suddenly isn't working? I'd like to stick with the script for mobile responsive sake.

Unfortunately, I do not have an iPhone to test the issue with. However, I checked your webpage using an iPad and the Captcha is working.

Kindly check if the Captcha will appear if you opened the form using the direct link: http://www.jotform.us/form/71445202268149.

If the issue persists, I suggest you remove the Captcha field and then add it back.

Please take note that the form is still mobile responsive even if you use the iFrame method.

    Hope that helps. Thank you.

The direct link to Jotform doesn't work either. I also checked in Internet Explorer and got the same result. I have tried deleting and reloading the CAPTCHA app several times, to no avail. If it worked before for months, what has changed?

As we have launched our campaign and anticipate form user visits very soon, I have turned off CAPTCHA on both forms affected for now. Please advise as to what your team finds out, so I can turn them back on asap.  thank you.

We are unable to recreate the same problem on our end. Could you please check where your form is trying to fetch captcha field from browser’s devTools Network tab as shown in the following screenshot:
