If I use Jotform to collect payments, is it possible to have a log of who paid? I use Jotform to collect meeting RSVPs for a membership association, and it would be most helpful to have the spreadsheet of those who RSVP'd that incorporates data on who paid via PayPal and how much vs. having to harvest this data from PayPal.

I see 4 forms in your account but none of them include any payment fields. I'm not sure exactly if this is your question, but if you include a Paypal payment in your form, and make it a required field, then you will be able to easily see who has paid by checking your submissions. Submission data can be downloaded for use in a spreadsheet in either Excel or CSV formats by clicking the appropiate icon under the list.
Hope this helps, if not then please do get back to me.

Thanks for the quick response. I haven’t used payment fields yet, but was contemplating adding them and initiating a paid subscription to accommodate this. So, just to be sure, once I add a payment field, Jotform’s Excel export will include a field indicating who completed a payment via Paypal (and I’m assuming that this will only be entered once Paypay has processed the payment), correct?

Yes, an entry to your records will be saved as well as a notification email will also be sent to your inbox after the payment has been made.
To add, please do so set the field for payment as a required field, otherwise it will submit without a content, it will not process to paypal and it will still record a submission, only that it will leave the amount field in your records blank.
