This form (https://form.jotformpro.com/72154717745966) has a captcha on it, but it never loads.  Looks looks fine in build (https://www.jotform.com/build/72154717745966), but even in preview the captcha doesn't load.

I cleared your form cache on our server. After that, I checked your form and I was not able to replicate the issue.

Here's a screencast of my test:

Is your form embedded on a website?

No, I have a link to the jotform site and it happens in the preview mode on
the jotform site. I cleared my cache with no effect.

Here's my screencast of the cloned form in the Preview mode:

The captcha field is working properly on my end. Are there any steps I need to do to replicate your issue?

For testing purposes, please try using a different internet browser and let us know if the issue still persists.

I have tried Chrome and Internet Explorer (as did my user). I tried before
and after clearing the cache on the browser. This is all I see:

We have already reported this issue to our back-end team, this was already fixed as shown on this screenshot:

I have cleared your forms cache, you may also test using incognito mode. If the problem persists, please let us know.

P.S. Please upload images following the guide below, attached images via email replies will not be posted here.

That appears to have fixed the issue--thanks! However, this is not the
first time I have had issues with CAPTCHA. Do you have more reliable
    alternatives you can suggest?

You may use any of the verification widgets found here: https://widgets.jotform.com/category/verification

For example, the Google reCaptcha should work. This guide will help you adding a widget to your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/252-How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-Your-Form

    I hope this helps.
