The form view is higher than the number of visitors to our website

Hello there, I am currently looking at analytics for our form and I wanted to ask when is a Form View counted?

Currently, I simply embedded the form on our website from the emdbed code provided by JF.

I am slightly confused regarding two things:

    1) the form view is higher than the number of visitors to our website. I am interested in understanding whether the views are counted after clicking the start the form button OR whenever there is page refresh.

    2) Are the calendar dates in analytics set up properly? Today is Thursday the 19th of July but analytics  has it as Friday 19th of July. This confusion is causing me to potentially extract the wrong values. I am currently unsure if I am even getting the right time as per my timezone (Even when my account timezone is sydney)

    Any clarification is much appreciated

    Thanks

Each visitor on the page is counted as a form view even if no action yet is done on the form, and multiply that on how many times they access the page. Each refresh is also counted.

The analytics is correct to my end. But let me check this further for you. I might create a ticket about it, and split your questions here. I'll keep you posted.

Ok, I have split your question to a new thread. The new link is here https://www.jotform.com/answers/1528979. It's correct to my end regardless of the chosen timezone, so I think it's only a glitch on your account.
