How to get access to account which was managed by ex-employee?

    Hi there,

    Our colleague who was in charge of this link has left the company.

    Link:  https://www.decathlon.co.th/en/c/153-decathlon-hires-retail .

    Is it possible that I retrieve the account that controls the link?

    You can recover the account that owns this form, by resetting the password of the account that is associated with the email "na************gkol@decathlon.com", simply visit Jotform's Website, click on Login > Forgot Password and enter either the email address or username associated with the account. You'll receive an email (in the email address associated with your account) with a link that allows you to reset your account's password.

    The problem is the person in charge (natha.asadamongkol@decathlon.com) has already left our company. Her email is no longer accessible. 


    Is it possible to transfer this account to me?

    For security reasons can you please check and confirm the name and email address used in your account billing profile? The invoices are being sent to that email address.

    You may also like to please let us know the last 4 digit of the credit card on which you are being billed.
