Hello Jotform,
A few days ago the Unique ID counter on this form reset to 1 on its own.
I did not make this revision and wondering how this may have happened. I have since fixed the problem. Can you explain how this may have happened?This has happened on six of our forms but not the others.Thank you.

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. The issue was escalated already to our developers and was fixed right away.One probable reason may have been that a value cannot be read in the database that's why the widget reset to 1.
