Allow form user to activate and deactivate a form

I believe this is impossible but I'll ask anyway. I want to have about 85 people be able to only have the ability to turn a form on and off, depending on their needs. I don't want them to be able to edit or access my Jotform account.

I want them to be able to activate or deactivate the form without having to ask me.

Any tips or tricks that would accomplish this would be appreciated.

You can add a sub-user account to manage your forms. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User

Is that what you're trying to achieve?

Please test and check my demo form: https://form.jotform.com/81994260671969

In the demo form, I used the Show or Hide conditions to enable the form if the condition is met. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/316-How-to-Show-or-Hide-Fields-Base-on-User-s-Answer

I hope this information helps. Let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks for your help. I am looking for many users to be able to be able to turn the form on and off so the Users will not work for my needs. However, the password function will work quite well.

You can check the answer of my colleague on another thread if you want to implement a  "password protect" workaround on your form.
