Where can I access my Bill/Invoice?

    hi, i already paid an upgrade for $50 per year and i need the bill /invoice.

    in the other hand, the platform is not working yet, i really need to used it, do you know what is happening with that?

    You can access your invoices by accessing Your Account Page > Billing and click on "View" near the Invoices label as shown by the images below:

    I checked your account and it seems that you're out of monthly submission limit and you also exceeded your form view limit despite having bought/renewed the storage subscription (a grandfathered plan). The reason your forms are not working is because this plan doesn't accommodate your account's current usage. You can wait until the next first day of the month in order to reset your account limits and keep using your account or upgrade to a paid plan.
