what has happened to our premium account

    We have had a premium account with you for roughly a year, we have tried to access the account today and it has reverted to the free version and now our form box is nearly full can i have so can have incite into what has happened

    I have checked your account and it shows ok in our side. I would recommend you to log out, clear your browser cache and log back in
