I keep getting this issue with this particular form, I've sent you details about what the site is about and once I have explained the forms work fine again.
The site isn't live as yet and I am just testing the forms to ensure that they got to the right links and that the emails notifications are set up.
I'm worried that when this site does go live and we have a few people putting their twitter links and youtube links in that this might happen too is there a way were we can review this site to let you kno that we arenot 'phising'
thank you in advance, warm regards
the website is http://pimpmyvideo.co.uk/pmv/ this is a music video compititon site

We apologize for inconvenience/confusions, if any.

Thank you, the forms are now working fine, there was one strange thing, before it went to my custom thank you page is requested that I should put a CAPTCHA before continuing. I am questing this part of the function of the whitlisting.
It there anyway I can make it more astheically seamless with the site I am creating?
Once again thank you in advance

I can't seem to view the form on your page. But, re-embedding it using iframe embed code should fixed the problem. That usually occurs when the form script is having conflict with your site script. Embedding your form using iframe embed code should protect your form from any possible conflicts.
