Conditional spreadsheet is not being displayed in form.

    The company I work for uses your platform to submit pay for our weekly production, and I've been having an issue loading the graphs. I checkmark the box to bring up the graph I need, and an empty space appears - no graph for me to fill in. And sometimes, even that doesn't help. I have to restart my phone to get it to show up. I know this sounds like a device problem, but this is literally the ONLY site that does this to me, and unfortunately, it's an important one. I'm not sure if my description is good enough for you to get a fix on the problem, but if there's a way to resolve it, I'd be super grateful. I really need to get paid.

    I checked the page URL (https://form.jotformpro.com/72094160186960) you have provided and I did not see any graphs on your form.

    I guess a better word would be spreadsheets, instead of graphs. To see the spreadsheets, you have to check one of the boxes. "Part Making," "Finishing Work," and "Cutting Cables" each bring up different spreadsheets, where you can input numbers. At the bottom of the page, "Advanced Calculator" also brings up different spreadsheets. However, for me and a couple of my fellow employees, there just appears empty spaces. I'll try to reload a couple screenshots.

    The first picture is what I continually get, and the second is what it's supposed to pull up... I have to restart my ohone for EACH PAGE to get the entry forms, and the advanced calculator has just stopped opening at all .
